Home Lab Hub · Last updated 2026-08-21

Home Lab Hub ("the application") is a private, single-household project run by its owner on the owner's own hardware. It is not a commercial product and has no users other than the owner's household.

Information the application accesses

With the owner's explicit authorization, the application uses Google OAuth to obtain read-only access to a single shared Google Calendar (the Google calendar.readonly scope). It reads that calendar's events for the sole purpose of displaying them on a household dashboard.

How the information is used

Calendar event data is used only to render the calendar view on the household's own dashboard. The application does not create, modify, or delete any calendar data.

How the information is stored and shared

Calendar data is fetched on demand and displayed on the owner's own local systems. It is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party, and is not used for advertising or any purpose other than the display described above. The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke the application's access at any time via their Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
